AFI Ignite

Hello AFI Fans,

It just occurred to me to start a blog. I mean, a blog other than AFI News Headquarters. This one will relate strictly to this community. I'll post fixes, updates, announcement, and anything else right here... so you might want to subscribe.

Tonight is a very exciting night. I've just put the finishing touches on the latest batch of updates, and this is definitely the most significant update in terms of site design and content. I've added 5 new pages (tabs, discography, song list, meet the team, press page), 14 wallpapers, 4 high quality live videos, 4 outstanding live recordings, and much more. I've been working on this for the last month, and working intensely on it for the last week.

In terms of aesthetics, I've reorganized the navigation somewhat to make everything easier to find. Instead of one long navigation bar on the side, I've put all of the major pages at the top of the home page, and left only the essentials in the navigation bar. I think this vastly improves organization. You also might notice that this "columned" effect can be found in many other pages such as Discography, Download Live Shows, and Tabs.

I've also decided to make the homepage more informative about AFI. That's why I've added some html that pulls the latest news from AFI News Headquarters. This new home page design will never change again unless it is for the better.

P.S. If you find any troubles at all with the site - a broken link, a broken download, a typo - email me about it at admin@aficrashlove.com. I'll be fixing little issues like that tomorrow.
